Terms and Conditions of Use for the Fusionhead Jazz Club Game Server

By clicking "OK" to access and use the Fusionhead Jazz Club game server, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including the server rules outlined below:

General Use of the Server:

The Fusionhead Jazz Club game server is a free service provided for the enjoyment of its users. The server is open 24 hours a day, but there is no guarantee that the service will be available. Admins may not be available at all times.

Inappropriate Behavior:

The Fusionhead Jazz Club game server is a family-oriented environment. Any foul language, adult language, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited. Administrators reserve the right to ban players who violate these rules.

Liability:

The owners and volunteers of the Fusionhead Jazz Club game server are not liable for anything that occurs on the server. Players enter at their own risk and forfeit any rights to sue or hold the owners and volunteers liable for any harm that may occur during the use of the server.

Minors:

Minors under the age of 18 (or the equivalent age in the player's country) are only allowed to play on the server if accompanied by their parent or guardian. The parent or guardian takes full responsibility for the minor's safety and use of the server. The owners and volunteers of the Fusionhead Jazz Club game server are not responsible or liable for anything that occurs on or off the server.

Donations:

The Fusionhead Jazz Club game server is a free service, but donations are accepted from those who wish to help financially.

Server Rules:

By using the Fusionhead Jazz Club game server, you agree to abide by the previously stated terms and conditions as well as following rules:

  • Rule 1: Please Have Fun!
  • Rule 2: No Teaming against other players. Play on your own against all players
  • Rule 3: Don't be annoying in any way shape or form. See Rule #1
  • Rule 4: No swearing or profanity, period! We welcome family players - See Rules #1 & #9
  • Rule 5: No porn spray - or bad words in your player name. See Rule #1
  • Rule 6: No playing outside the maps boundaries or using map flaws to get under maps
  • Rule 7: Please pick a name, we track your steamid but we like to play against someone with a name
  • Rule 8: No whining or complaining! If you have a valid complaint, send an email to fuzionhead@gmail.com
  • Rule 9: Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
  • Rule 10: No Spawn-Mining or Teleport-Exit-Mining
  • Rule 11: No Recruiting or Advertising
  • Rule 12: Do not Accuse Players of Cheating. Email fuzionhead@gmail.com instead
  • Rule 13: All Cheats, Aimbots, Wall-Hacks, Speed-Hacks or any other hacks will result in a Player-Ban
  • Rule 14: This is a high-kill, low-grav, spawn-kill server. However, shooting at an empty spawn point repeatedly is annoying and could get you kicked if you continuously do this.
  • Rule 15: Respect the admins. When in doubt, refer to rule #1 and #3
